As CEO of The Bridge, Eric is passionate about building a high-performing, people-first culture as The Bridge ventures into our next wave of growth.
Eric’s 25+year career has been focused on building businesses and helping companies envision and achieve their strategies by leveraging technology to achieve their greatest aspirations. Prior to being named CEO of The Bridge, Eric held global technology & advisory leadership roles at Avanade/Accenture, Protiviti and Slalom helping drive new initiatives for them on a global scale.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys traveling, playing golf, being with his friends and family and cheering on The University of Oklahoma!
He is a member of the Cotton Bowl Board of Directors and is passionate about engraining The Bridge into the fabric of the Dallas community.

As a Partner and Chief Growth Officer at The Bridge, Daniel has been instrumental in guiding companies to create cutting-edge digital products, craft unique user experiences, and unleash the potential of data analytics and AI. With more than 15 years of dedicated experience, his career has been deeply rooted in consulting, technology solutions, business development, and marketing. Daniel has worn various hats in roles ranging from sales leadership and account management to strategic planning, excelling in creating high-performing sales and consulting teams.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Daniel finds fulfillment in spending quality time with his family, training rigorously for marathons and channeling his creative side as a musician in his band, Goodwin.

In her role as VP of Talent at The Bridge, Lindsay is a dedicated architect of high-performing teams that drive transformative change for our clients and their customers. With a rich tapestry of 15 years of talent expertise, her skill set spans a wide spectrum, encompassing Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, Talent Management, Performance Management, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) Leadership, People Management, and holistic end-to-end employee experiences.
What sets Lindsay apart is her unique ability to infuse a personal touch into every facet of her work. Beyond her internal accomplishments, she has also ventured into external consulting, where she crafted and executed talent strategies for larger organizations, further expanding her impact.

For the last 18 years, Xavier has guided organizations through successful technology transformations based on strategic and innovative approaches. Xavier’s goal is to help these organizations realize the profound impact that their processes and systems can have on their customers and surrounding communities.
Xavier has experience with all facets of the software development life cycle, the management of distributed technical and functional teams, selling and implementing packaged software to enterprise customers, and managing product development from roadmap to release. Xavier is also a subject matter expert on technologies and best practices associated with The Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Twins, Data-as-a-Service, development standards, and DevOps. Additionally, Xavier has extensive background working with and developing strategy for retail and hospitality clients.

With more than a decade of steadfast commitment to the DFW technology community, David joins us as the Director of Business Development. His unwavering dedication to client success seamlessly aligns with his fervor for fostering connections, cultivating new relationships, and championing the expansion of the technology community.

Robby Riggs is a highly accomplished transformation leader with more than 15 years of management consulting experience. He has worked with Hitachi Consulting, played a pivotal role in opening Slalom Consulting’s Boston office, and co- founded Sana Sano Consulting, Capital, Growth & Innovation Partners, and Counter Mentors.
His focus has always been on partnering with clients to drive organizational transformation with a strong emphasis on people-centric results. His expertise spans industries such as Supply Chain, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Manufacturing and Distribution, and Healthcare.
Robby is the co-author of the gold medal-winning book, “Counter Mentor Leadership,” and an adjunct professor at Johnson & Wales and Syracuse University.
